Mark Costello is the Operations Lead at Telling Your Stories, keeping the practical side of the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

From finances and systems to budgets, contracts and the many moving parts that keep projects on track, Mark is the person making sure the numbers balance and the foundations are solid. Much of what he does happens quietly in the background, which is probably why it can sometimes be a bit of a mystery exactly what Mark does — he just does it so well that everything works.

His role is all about creating the structure that allows the creative, educational and relationship-led work of Telling Your Stories to thrive.

At the heart of Mark’s work is making sure big ideas are supported by strong systems, careful planning and a very well-balanced set of books.
